A man divorced when he had two children and then he married again and had another child: how to force Ahnenblatt to put all that story to the chart?
I am new to the programm, probably the question has been solved time ago.
Thank you for your advice...

Hi mauri,
your story is nothing very special. But there are questions:
1. Which version of Ahenblatt are you talking about? AB 3.x or 2.99?
2. If you want a chart, you mean a tree, right?
It sounds a bit bizarre, but it is that simple: A man won't have a child by himself. Your man will have two wives, one divorced. And you will always assign children to a couple, two to the first, one to the second. The rest of the answer depends a bit on the AB version.

My Ahnenblatt version is 3.29, "brand new". I was meaning both tree and this basic image, coloured rectangles with information.
Maybe there is my fault: I was using ged file composed in another programm; I'll try to corect it with AB.
Thank you very much - mauri

Hm... I can't see any possibility to enter the information on divorce... I set Data input mode to Full...

Just add a fact "Divorce" under the "Marriage" fact in the tab "Partners/Children".

Not all GEDCOM facts you can use are pre-configured with a new person. It's up to you to either
a) add a fact to a person or a couple ('partners/children') by using the [+] button in the facts chart or
b) add a fact to standard facts for new persons (using the [+] button, then select the 'add to favorites' checkbox).
In AB 3.x, you can arrange marriages or children to get them into the right order (up/down buttons).
