Is there any way I can view all of the posts in English? The program looks very promising, but I am not able to read the posts, as I don't know German.

If you want to read all the posts in english you will need the help of google translate. But I don't know how good it works on genealogy topics.
If you have one (or more) specific questions: Just ask! Maybe a new topic for every question? The english part of this portal could indeed take a few more questions and answers. :-)

Is there an android app for this?

No Ahnenblatt is only available for Windows.

If you're looking for an app to read the forum here you'll need 3rd party software to read forums (maybe for phpBB boards?!). But I don't know much about that. There is no special app for the portal or forum here too.
