Why is not translate all in Extras/Option/Import GEDCOM?
IMHO:
(Deutsch - English - Czech)
Benutzerdefiniert - user definition - uživatelské nastavení

It seems that there is a problem when applying the language items on startup. It seems that the logic sometimes works correctly when switching between differenet languages. Suddenly it's ok...
In my opinion it's even wrong in German as in the language file the differenet scenarios should be:
Gedcom=GEDCOM-Import
GroupBox3=Szenario
Szenariowahl.0=Gedcom
Szenariowahl.1=Gedcom-English
Szenariowahl.2=Gedcom-Original
