I bought ahnenblatt this morning but have not received a key yet. How long does that take? Normally such things are handled automatically and almost instantly after receipt of payment.

As a test user, I didn't get my key through the shop software (some years ago). But I believe you should be right: It rather should be an automatic thing, so I'd check in some spam folders of the email account and then contact the shop (digistore24)!

If ever something went wrong, you should be able to take advantage of the money back guarantee.

When I bought AB I got a confirmation email from digistore24.com including the license key and the bill within one minute after my order.

In this case, I'd see two possible scenarios:

a) the email address inserted wasn't correct: get in contact with the digistore24 support team for help;
b) the confirmation email got into the junkmail folder: find it there and copy it back to your inbox.

Still nothing from the folks who should be responding. Isn't there an email address somewhere? The automatic sales effort seems to be failing.

OK, I did get a response. It was marked dangerous to open and stuck in my spam folder. So the issue is closed. I have my registration key.
